Maintenance Notice


We're going to carry out weekly regular maintenance on 16 May 2026 from 00:00 to 04:30 HKT and 17 May 2026 from 01:00 to 04:30 HKT to serve you better in the future. While we're working under the hood, the following services will be temporarily impacted:


  • WeLab Bank App
  • WeLab Global Wallet Debit Card (including ATM cash withdrawal and transfers to/from your WeLab Bank account)
  • Subscribe+ for Apple Products


Heads up: Debit Card System Maintenance Notice

- Debit Card system maintenance will be carried out on 16 May 2026 00:00 to 04:30 HKT.

While we're working under the hood, the following service(s) of WeLab Global Wallet Debit Card will be temporarily impacted:

- Card transaction

- ATM cash withdrawal via Cirrus network

- View debit card details in the app

- Apple Pay provisioning

- Card pin reset

- New Debit Card number arrangement (including new application and report card lost)

- Freeze and unfreeze Debit card
