📈 How do I know my upgrade is successful and receive the rewards?
Upon successfully meeting the monthly Level Up requirements, everything will be handled automatically for you:
✅ As long as your Level on the last day of each month is higher than the previous month, you’ve successfully leveled up!
📱 The App will update your Level everyday.

How are rewards of "Level Up Rewards" be calculated and when are they paid?
After a successful upgrade, rewards are credited automatically at the beginning of the next month — no application needed 👍
Bonus Reward = Monthly Core Account HKD Average Balance × Applicable Bonus Reward Rate (p.a.) ÷ 365 days (or 366 days in a leap year) x Number of days in that calendar month.
Why haven’t I leveled up even after depositing money?
Levels are based on the Monthly Core Account HKD Average Balance, not the balance on a single day. Even if you deposit today, that amount affects the Average Balance gradually, so it may not immediately move you to the next Level. Average Balance and Level are usually updated around noon the following day. If your Level hasn’t changed, log in again the next day and check your provisional monthly Average Balance and latest Level on the Level Up Rewards page. The longer your funds stay in the Core Account, the higher your Average Balance will grow.
