What are the requirement for applying for WeLab Bank Learn Now Pay Later for Preface?
You must be a HK permanent resident at age of 18 years old or above, and you also need to provide a permanent residential address for application. Upon submitting application we will go through a series of internal due diligence check before presenting you the approval result.Currently, our Learn Now Pay Later for Preface Services do not support customers holding the ID card of People’s Republic of China.
