We're going to carry out weekly regular maintenance on 29 Nov 2025 from 00:00 to 04:30 HKT and 30 Nov 2025 from 01:00 to 04:30 HKT to serve you better in the future. While we're working under the hood, the following services will be temporarily impacted:

• WeLab Mastercard® Debit Card (including ATM cash withdrawal and transfers to/from your WeLab Bank account)
• Subscribe+ for Apple Products

JETCO system maintenance will be carried out on 30 Nov 2025 03:00 to 05:00 HKT to serve you better in the future! While we're working under the hood, the following services of WeLab Mastercard® Debit Card in the JETCO ATM network will be temporarily impacted (include but not limited to):
- ATM Cash withdrawal
- Balance Enquiry
