I have already confirmed with the Customer Service Centre to proceed with the transfer. Why does the bank still need to review the transfer? What is the review process?

To protect customer from making erroneous transfers and to avoid potential fraud, Customer Service centre will enquire the information with you about the fund transfer and pass to relevant departments to make further evaluation and review. Normally, the review process will take at least 3 working days. After the review, you will receive confirmation via email and push notification whether your transfer was successful.
