Yes, you can select Hong Kong as the beneficiary country/region in the "Global Remit” function and provide the payee information and other information required for transfer, then you can transfer CNY to other local banks through CHATS (Clearing House Automated Transfer System), and other foreign currencies will be transferred to other local banks through the SWIFT network.
