TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR  “WELAB BANK KNOWS YOU WELL – 18 DISTRICTS CAMPAIGN”  SELECTED CUSTOMERS OFFER (“OFFER”)

1. By participating in WeLab Bank Knows You Well – 18 Districts Campaign selected customers Offer, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these offer terms and conditions.

2. The Offer period is from 9th March 2021 to 31st March 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”).

3. The Offer applies to a Welab Bank Limited’s (“WeLab Bank”, “we”, “us” or “our”) customer (“you” or “your”) who:

(a) Has completed the game registration at https://18districts.welab.bank (“Campaign Site”). A game registration is deemed to be successful upon receiving a confirmation SMS from WeLab Bank; and

(b) has successfully opened a WeLab bank account before 1st February 2021 (“Existing Customer”). An account opening is deemed to be successful only upon receiving a confirmation email from WeLab Bank indicating that the account opening request is approved and the account is set up.

4. Each eligible participant is entitled to HKD 50 cash reward (“Reward”). To be an eligible participant, you:

(a) Must have used the same mobile phone number linked with your WeLab Bank Account for registration at the Campaign Site;

(b) Must have collected all 18 different characters on or before Offer Period; and

(c) Must have completed either one of the Designated Tasks described in Clause 5 below on or before 30th April, 2021.

5. In addition to collecting all 18 different characters, you must login to your WeLab Bank Account and accomplish the below designated tasks on or before 30th April 2021 to be eligible for getting the Reward (“Designated Task”):

Task 1: Successfully joined GoSave Time Deposit once (with at least HKD 10); or

Task 2: Successfully spent once with WeLab Debit Card (no limit to the spending amount)

Please note: You must register at the Campaign Site with the same mobile phone number that is linked with your WeLab Bank Account. This serves the purpose of Reward redemption.

6. WeLab Bank will verify your eligible Reward. The Reward will be credited into your WeLab Bank Core Account within 10 working days from 1st May 2021.

7. WeLab Bank shall not be liable for a participant’s failure or inability to redeem any Reward.

8. You agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to receive any Reward if you close your Core Account at any time before the Rewards are credited into your Core Account in the applicable calendar month.

9. Rewards will be delivered to your WeLab Bank’s Core Account.

10. Rewards cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged, or converted into other form, unless otherwise specified by WeLab Bank.

11. Your eligibility to participate in this Offer is subject to our final approval at our absolute discretion. Our decision shall be conclusive and binding.

12. These Offer terms and conditions shall be read in connection with “WELAB BANK KNOWS YOU WELL – 18 DISTRICTS CAMPAIGN” terms and conditions (the “Campaign Terms”) The participation to get Rewards stated in this Offer and the Campaign Terms are not mutually exclusive.

13. Any breach of applicable laws or regulations, fraud, abuse and/or non-compliance by you (as determined at our sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to participate in the Offer and/or suspension or termination of all or any of your Account with us. We shall not credit the cash reward amount or where the cash reward amount has been credited, we reserve the right to debit the Rewards from your Account (including but not limited to your Core Account) without notice and/or take such necessary legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.

14. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or terminate this Offer and/or amend these Offer terms and conditions at any time. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.

15. For any collection and use of your personal data through this Offer, please refer to WeLab Bank’s Privacy Policy and Notice to Customers and Other Individuals relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

16. For any use of cookies through this Offer, please refer to WeLab Bank’s Terms of Use of Website.

17. This Offer is organized by Welab Bank Limited.

18. Terms defined in our Account Terms shall have the same meanings when used herein, unless otherwise defined.

19. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
