[1] The “WeLab Bank x Tesla Charging Station Tracking Tour” Wall Game promotion period shall be from 6:00 pm on 14 March 2023 until 11:59 pm on 18 March 2023 (“Promotion Period”). All time mentioned herein are based on Hong Kong time.
[2] Customers of Welab Bank Limited (“WeLab Bank”, “we”, “us” or “our”) will be eligible participants (“Eligible Participants”) of this Campaign and get a chance to win a fast pass for Tesla Kids Driving School (“Fast Pass”) at the roadshow to be held by Tesla Motors HK Limited (“Tesla”) at Shatin New Town Plaza during the period from 27 March 2023 to 02 April 2023 (“Test Drive”) if you:
(i) “Like” @WeLab Bank’s official Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/WeLabBank) (“Official FB Account”);
(ii) “Like” the Game Post (to be posted on 14 March 2023) on Facebook ("Game Post");
(iii) Tag 3 friends in your comment;
(iv) Leave a comment on the Game Post, and indicate the route that leads to the Tesla charging station.
(v) Own a valid WeLab Bank GoWealth Investment Account (as determined by us at our sole discretion) during Promotion Period
[3] The cut-off time to participate in the Campaign will be at 11:59 pm on 18 March 2023 and the list of winners will be announced in the “Comment” section of the Game Post on 21 March 2023 (“Result Announcement Date”).
[4] WeLab Bank will use computer to randomly draw 50 winners (”Winners”) from the Eligible Participants. Winners are responsible to check the announcement on the Result Announcement Date.
[5] Each Winner will receive a unique Fast Pass registration link (“Registration Link”) via Facebook direct message by fulfilling the following conditions:
(i) contacting Official FB Account by Facebook direct message within 2 days after the Result Announcement Date (i.e. on or before 23 March 2023);
(ii) replying “我贏咗WeLab Bank x Tesla問答遊戲大抽獎啦！”; and
(iii) attaching a screencap of the GoWealth page in WeLab Bank app showing the winner’s activated Investment Account (see a sample as shown below) for verification:

[6] Winners will receive the Fast Pass directly from Tesla upon successful registration via the Registration Link. Winners can use the Fast Pass by presenting it at the Test Drive roadshow.
[7] The Registration Link is provided by Tesla and can only be used once. By using the Registration Link, you acknowledged that information you provided during the registration process will be collected by Tesla and the collection and use of such information will be subject to Tesla’s privacy policy. Please refer to Tesla’s website for details.
[8] If you participate in this Campaign, it means that you have confirmed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
[9] Each Winner with his/her Facebook account will only be entitled to one Fast Pass in this Campaign. Participants with repeated entries will be disqualified.
[10] In any event, the Winner must satisfy the following requirements in addition to the conditions set out in Clause 2 and 5 above: (a) possessing a valid Hong Kong Identity Card; (b) being a natural person (i.e. participation in the name of a company is not accepted) ; (c) being a registered Facebook user.
[11] If a Winner fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or maintain a valid and active Facebook account through which WeLab Bank could contact them, WeLab Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Winner without prior notice.
[12] If WeLab Bank does not receive a reply from the Winner within the time specified in Clause 5 (i.e. on or before 23 March 2023), or the Winner is found to be ineligible to participate, or the winner fails to submit sufficient information to verify their eligibility, their qualification will be cancelled. WeLab Bank reserves the right to re-select the winner or revoke or reclaim the Fast Pass.
[13] Winners will be disqualified if they lose or damage the Registration Link. WeLab Bank shall not be liable for or make any compensation or refund in relation to any failure to be entitled to the Fast Pass whether due to you not receiving communications or failure to complete the Fast Pass registration or otherwise (including but not limited to the Registration Link) and will not re-issue any notification or Registration Link.
[14] The Winners will be personally responsible for any and all additional costs incurred due to the acceptance and use of Registration Link and the Fast Pass.
[15] The Registration Link and Fast Pass are non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash. Once the Registration Link or the Fast Pass has been accepted, WeLab Bank and Tesla shall have no responsibility for any replacement if the they are damaged, lost or stolen. WeLab Bank and Tesla reserve the right to replace the Registration Link and/or the Fast Pass with other substitute without notice. WeLab Bank and Tesla shall not be liable for or make any compensation or refund in relation to any failure of using the Registration Link and the Fast Pass .
[16] WeLab Bank is not the supplier of the Registration Link, Fast Pass and Test Drive provided under or in connection with this Campaign. WeLab Bank shall have no liability or responsibility relating to any aspect of or disputes arising from the Test Drive or the use of the Registration Link or Fast Pass (including but not limited to the warranty, if applicable) provided by Tesla. The use of Fast Pass may be subject to additional terms and conditions of Tesla. WeLab Bank shall have no liability or responsibility relating to any enquiry or complaint regarding the Registration Link, Fast Pass, Test Drive or any related service. Winners shall contact Tesla directly for any disputes or matters relating to the Registration Link, Fast Pass or Test Drive. Winners shall not make any claim to WeLab Bank in relation to any cancellation, rescheduling or amendment of the Test Drive.
[17] The date of Test Drive shall be determined by Tesla at its absolute discretion. Tesla has the final right to vary or extend or cancel any Test Drive at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Tesla shall be final and conclusive.
[18] WeLab Bank reserves the right to publish the Winner's name on Facebook or in other marketing or promotional materials, and will make this information available on Welab Bank’s Facebook post on or after 21 March 2023. By completing the steps in Clause 2 above, the Winners agree to the use of his/her information.
[19] This Campaign will collect the data of the Winners including Facebook account name, and such data will only be used for matters related to this Campaign. Such personal data may be used by WeLab Bank: (i) to hold the Campaign and to contact the Winners; (ii) to verify the Winners' eligibility for in the Campaign; (iii) to verify the identity of the Winners; (iv) to announce the Winner results on Facebook or in other marketing or promotional materials; and (v) to administer and manage this Campaign. The Data will not be used to update WeLab Bank’s records. Participants agree that WeLab Bank can use and transfer such data for the purposes mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
[20] For any collection and use of your personal data through this Campaign, please refer to WeLab Bank’s Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.welab.bank/en/legal/privacy-policy/). For any collection and use of your personal data through the use of Registration Link, please refer to Tesla’s website.
[21] Participants are prohibited from submitting any words and photos that contain nudity, violence, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, illegal or any offensive content. Any comments violating this clause will be deleted and participants will be disqualified from participating.
[22] WeLab Bank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants under any circumstances. WeLab Bank reserves the right to exclude the participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process or jeopardizes the fairness of the Campaign, or engages in any illegal, abusive, deceitful or fraudulent behaviour in relation to the Campaign or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable laws or regulations. WeLab Bank has the right to claim all losses and compensation so caused by the excluded participant.
[23] If there is any factor beyond the control of WeLab Bank (including but not limited to computer virus infection, computer worm or Trojan horse program intrusion, unauthorized tampering intervention, fraud, technical failure, insufficient services provided by social platforms, or other reasons beyond the control of WeLab Bank), resulting in disruption or negative impact on the security, fairness, integrity of the system or the normal operation of this Campaign, WeLab Bank reserves the right to exclude the participant, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or otherwise suspend this Campaign without prior notice.
[24] Apart from the relevant participants and WeLab Bank, no other person will have any right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance .
[25] Employees of WeLab Group are ineligible to participate in this Campaign. WeLab Bank reserves the sole and absolute right to interpret and determine the definition of “Employees of WeLab Group”.
[26] This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.
[27] WeLab Bank and Tesla reserve the right to determine the eligibility of participants at their sole discretion.
[28] WeLab Bank and Tesla reserve the right to vary, modify and terminate the Campaign (including but not limited to the Promotion Period and the Fast Pass) and to amend any of these Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time without any notice. In case of disputes in relation to the Campaign, WeLab Bank’s and Tesla’s decision shall be final and binding.
[29] If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
