[1]The WeLend x WeLab Bank Account Opening Reward Offer (“Offer”) period shall be from 15 December 2020 to 31 March 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”).

[2]The Offer is only applicable to customers and family and friends (“you” or “your”) of Welend Limited (“WeLend”) who successfully opened a WeLab Bank account at Welab Bank Limited (“WeLab Bank”), using the referral code “WL2200” within the Offer Period.

[3]An account opening is deemed to be successful only upon receiving a confirmation email from WeLab Bank indicating that the account opening request is approved and the account is set up. Upon receiving the confirmation email during the Offer Period, you will be entitled to an account opening reward of HKD 200 (“Account Opening Reward”). The Account Opening Reward will be credited into your WeLab Bank Core Account. Account Opening Reward will be indicated as “Account Opening Reward” in the WeLab Bank app when the reward has been credited.

[4]You may only use one (1) referral code when opening a WeLab Bank account, and you will only be entitled to the Account Opening Reward which corresponds with the referral code used. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other referral programmes which means if you have input any other referral codes when you apply for your WeLab Bank account, then you are not entitled to the Account Opening Reward under this Offer.

[5]The Account Opening Reward cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or converted into other form, unless otherwise specified by WeLab Bank.

[6]Your eligibility to participate in this Offer is subject to our final approval at our absolute discretion. Our decision shall be conclusive and binding.

[7]WeLab Bank’s decision as to whether you have successfully opened a WeLab Bank account shall be final and conclusive. The application, opening of a WeLab Bank account and/or all services and/or products offered by WeLab Bank are subject to WeLab Bank’s terms and conditions (including but not limited to the Account Terms). WeLend reserves its absolute right on any loan approval decision and any disputes.

[8]Any breach of applicable laws or regulations, fraud, abuse and/or non-compliance by you (as determined at WeLend and WeLab Bank’s (collectively, “our”) sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to participate in the Offer and/or suspension or termination of all or any of your WeLab Bank account(s) with WeLab Bank or any loan(s) from WeLend. WeLab Bank reserves the right not to credit the Account Opening Reward or where the Account Opening Reward has been credited, WeLab Bank reserves the right to debit the Account Opening Reward from your WeLab Bank account without notice and/or take such necessary legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.

[9]You are only entitled to receive the Account Opening Reward once under this Offer.

[10]You agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to receive the Account Opening Reward if you close your WeLab Bank account at any time before Account Opening Reward is credited to your WeLab Bank account.

[11]Unless otherwise specified, you are not entitled to enjoy this Offer if we have opened your WeLab Bank account through other referral programmes or campaigns, and this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other account opening offers or referral codes. However, you are entitled to enjoy offers for existing WeLab Bank users in conjunction with this Offer.

[12]WeLend and WeLab Bank reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate this Offer and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

[13]These Offer terms and conditions shall be read in connection with our Account Terms (the “Account Terms”). In the event of inconsistency between these Offer terms and conditions, the Account Terms, the prevailing order shall be as follows:

a.these Offer terms and conditions; and

b.the Account Terms.

[14]Terms defined in our Account Terms shall have the same meanings when used herein, unless otherwise defined.

[16]Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
