[1] Campaign Details:

This Campaign is hosted by Welab Bank Limited（匯立銀行有限公司） （“WeLab Bank”）. The promotional period of this Campaign is from 18:00 (GMT + 8) 21 June 2022 until 23:59 (GMT +8) 30 June 2022 (“Promotional Period”). Submission time is based on the time of receipt by system server of WeLab Bank.

[2] How to Participate:

You should complete the following tasks within the Promotional Period to participate in this Campaign:

1. Like @WeLab Bank Facebook Fan Page
2. Like the wall game post (posted on 21 June 2022) on Facebook.
3. Share the wall game post and set it as public.
4. Leave a comment on the Facebook's wall game post, including the below content.
5. WeLab Bank loan features found in the photo of the wall game post;
6. - A secret financial management tip; and
7. - Tag 3 friends

[3] Marking Scheme & Incentive:

WeLab Bank will select 50 eligible participants with the most impressive answers as winners. Each of them will be rewarded “HK$100 Parknshop Coupon” (“Campaign Prizes”).

[4] Winner Announcement and Prize Redemption:

Winners will be announced on 5 July 2022 (“Result Announcement Date”) in the “Comment” section of the same wall game post. Winners are responsible to check the announcement of winners on the Result Announcement Date, and contact WeLab Bank via direct message on Facebook.

Winners must contact WeLab Bank via Facebook direct message within 7 days after the Result Announcement Date (on or before 12 July 2022) and reply “WeLab Bank 知你所需，我贏咗啦！”. Upon receiving a winner’s Facebook direct message, WeLab Bank will send a redemption notice together with the prize redemption code (“Redemption Notice”) to the winner through Facebook direct message. At redemption, winners are required to show the Redemption Notice with the redemption code in the Facebook Account which receives the Redemption Notice from WeLab Bank, and reply “我已經收到啦！”as acknowledgement of receipt. Winners shall provide other information and declaration as requested for ensuring his/her eligibility at the redemption.

[5] If you participate in this Campaign, it means that you have confirmed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and that you are not a WeLab Bank employee.

[6] Each participant with his/her Facebook account will only be entitled to 1 Campaign Prize in this Campaign.

[7] The event is available to all persons who have completed all steps specified in Clause 2 above.

[8] If the participant fails to meet any of the conditions in Clause 2 and 4 above; (b) comply with these Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, WeLab Bank reserves the right to disqualify the participants without prior notice.

[9] Winners are required to present the Redemption Notice with the redemption code in the Facebook Account which receives the Redemption Notice from WeLab Bank on the designated date and at the designated place as shown in the Redemption Notice, for verification and reward collection. Each redemption code can only be used once. WeLab Bank reserves the right to change the relevant redemption date and redemption method at any time. If WeLab Bank does not receive a reply from the winner within the time specified in Clause 4, or the winner is found to be ineligible to participate, or the winner fails to submit sufficient information to verify their eligibility, their qualification will be cancelled. WeLab Bank reserves the right to re-select the winner or revoke or reclaim the Campaign Prizes.

[10] If the winner loses the Redemption Notice, we will not reissue it. Winners must notify us on or before 12 July 2022 if they have not received a Redemption Notice. We will not be responsible for or make any compensation for the winner's failure to receive the Redemption Notice.

[11] The winners will be personally responsible for any and all additional costs incurred due to the acceptance and use of the Campaign Prizes.

[12] The Campaign Prize is non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash. Once the Campaign Prizes have been accepted, WeLab Bank shall have no responsibility for any replacement if the prize is damaged, lost or stolen. WeLab Bank reserves the right to replace the Campaign Prize with other substitute without notice. WeLab Bank shall not be liable for or make any compensation or refund in relation to any failure of redeeming the Campaign Prize.

[13] WeLab Bank is not the supplier of the Campaign Prizes provided under or in connection with this Campaign. WeLab Bank shall have no liability or responsibility relating to any aspect of or disputes arising from the use of the Campaign Prizes (including but not limited to the warranty, if applicable) provided by the suppliers. The Campaign Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. WeLab Bank shall have no liability or responsibility relating to any enquiry or complaint regarding the Campaign Prizes or its related service. Winners shall contact the suppliers directly for any disputes or matters relating to the Campaign Prizes.

[14] WeLab Bank reserves the right to publish the winner's name on Facebook or in other marketing or promotional materials, and will make this information available on Welab Bank’s Facebook page on or after 5 July 2022. By completing the steps in Clause 2 above, the winners agree to the use of his/her information.

[15] This Campaign will collect the data of the winners including Facebook account name, and such data will only be used for matters related to this Campaign. Such data may be used by WeLab Bank: (i) to hold the Campaign and to contact the winners; (ii) to verify the winners' eligibility for in the Campaign; (iii) to announce the winning results on Facebook or in other marketing or promotional materials; and (iv) to administer and manage this Campaign. The Data will not be used to update WeLab Bank’s records. Participants agree that WeLab Bank can use and transfer such data for the purposes mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

[16] For any collection and use of your personal data through this Campaign, please refer to WeLab Bank’s Personal Information Collection Statement.

[17] Participants are prohibited from submitting any words and photos that contain nudity, violence, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, illegal or any offensive content. Any comments violating this clause will be deleted and participants will be disqualified from participating.

[18] WeLab Bank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants under any circumstances. WeLab Bank reserves the right to exclude the participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process or jeopardizes the fairness of the Campaign, or engages in any illegal, abusive, deceitful or fraudulent behaviour in relation to the Campaign or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable laws or regulations. WeLab Bank has the right to claim all losses and compensation so caused by the excluded participant.

[19] If there is any factor beyond the control of WeLab Bank (including but not limited to computer virus infection, computer worm or Trojan horse program intrusion, unauthorized tampering intervention, fraud, technical failure, insufficient services provided by social platforms, or other reasons beyond the control of WeLab Bank), resulting in disruption or negative impact on the security, fairness, integrity of the system or the normal operation of this Campaign, WeLab Bank reserves the right to exclude the participant, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or otherwise suspend this Campaign without prior notice.

[20] Apart from the relevant participants and WeLab Bank, no other person will have any right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance .

[21] This Campaign is organized by WeLab Bank. Employees of WeLab Bank are ineligible to participate in the Campaign. WeLab Bank reserves the sole and absolute right to interpret and determine the definition of “Employees of WeLab Bank”.

[22] This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by suppliers of the Campaign Prizes or Facebook.

[23] WeLab Bank reserves the right to determine the winners and the eligibility of participants at its sole discretion.

[24] WeLab Bank reserves the right to vary, modify and terminate the above Campaign (including but not limited to the Promotional Period and the Campaign Prizes) and to amend any of these Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time without any notice. In case of disputes in relation to the Campaign, WeLab Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.

[25] If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
