[1] The GoWealth iPhone Lucky Draw Campaign (“the Campaign”) is launched by WeLab Bank Limited (“WeLab Bank”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Unless otherwise stated, the Campaign runs from 15 September 2022 to 23 September 2022 (Hong Kong Time) (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).

[2] By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Campaign terms and conditions.

[3] The Campaign is only applicable to a customer of WeLab Bank with a valid WeLab Bank account (as determined by us at our sole discretion) and fulfil the conditions set out in Clause 4 within the Campaign Period.

[4] Customers who successfully invested HKD5,000 or more within Campaign Period will automatically participate in the lucky draw (”Eligible Transaction”) with one lucky draw entry. The winner prize will be one iPhone 14 Pro (128GB). (“the Prize”)

[5] The cut-off time to participate the lucky draw will be at 2:59 pm on 23 September 2022 (Hong Kong Time) and the lucky draw result will be announced in WeLab Bank website on or before 30 September 2022 (Hong Kong Time). The prize will be mailed to your address registered with WeLab Bank on or before 31 October 2022.

[6] All transaction time will be based on Hong Kong Time (HKT) unless otherwise specified.

[7] If the subscription of any Eligible Transaction is redeemed, withdrawn, cancelled or declined within 3 months from the date on which the first Eligible Transaction is completed, we reserve the right to debit the equivalent amount of the Prize (HKD 8,599) directly from your WeLab Bank Account (including but not limited to your Core Account without prior notice.

[8] WeLab Bank will use computer to randomly draw 3 winners (”Winners”) from the participants. A notification email/ SMS will be sent to the respective Winner via his/her latest email address registered with us or mobile phone number linked with WeLab Bank account, and mail to your registered address with WeLab Bank within 15 October 2022 to 15 November 2022.

We cannot guarantee each Winner who completed the Investment Mission Requirement will receive the Prize. If you are a Winner and you cannot receive the Prize due to stock availability, you will receive the equivalent cash reward amount of the Prize (“Investment Cash Reward”). The Investment Cash Reward (HKD 8,599) will be credited into your WeLab Bank Core Account within 3 calendar month after the Promotion Period.

[9] Each Winner fulfilling the conditions below is entitled to the Prize:

a) is a current WeLab Bank customer who holds a valid and active WeLab Bank account which is in normal status (as determined by us at our sole discretion);

b) has not terminated and/or closed his/her WeLab Bank account in the twelve (12) months prior to the commencement of this Campaign; and

c) is not an existing employee of WeLab Bank Limited.

[10] The Campaign can be joined in conjunction with WeLab Bank’s other rebate offer(s).

[11] WeLab Bank shall not be liable for a Winner’s failure or inability to be entitled to the iPhone whether due to a Winner not receiving communications or otherwise.

[12] For any collection and use of your personal data through this Campaign, please refer to WeLab Bank’s Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.welab.bank/en/legal/privacy-policy/).

[13] WeLab Bank reserves the right to vary, modify and terminate this Campaign (including but not limited to the Campaign Period and the Prize) and to amend any of these Campaign terms and conditions at any time without any notice. In case of disputes in relation to this Campaign, WeLab Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.

[14] Any breach of applicable laws or regulations, fraud, abuse and/or non-compliance by you (as determined at our sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to participate in this Campaign and entitle to the Prize and/or suspension or termination of all or any of your Account with us. We shall not reward the Prize or where the Prize has been rewarded, we reserve the right to debit the equivalent amount from your Account (including but not limited to your Core Account) without notice and/or take such necessary legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.

[15] These terms and conditions shall be read in connection with our Account Terms and Wealth Management Services Terms. Terms defined in our Account Terms or Wealth Management Services Terms shall have the same meanings when used herein, unless otherwise defined. In the event of inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the Account Terms and the Wealth Management Services Terms, the prevailing order shall be as follows:

(i) these terms and conditions;

(ii) the Wealth Management Services Terms; and

(iii) the Account Terms.

[16] If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
