[1] Campaign Details:

This Campaign is hosted by Welab Bank Limited （“WeLab Bank” , “we”, “us” or “our”）. The promotional period of this Campaign is from 18:00 of 19 July 2022 until 23:59 of 24 July 2022 (“Promotional Period”). Promotional Period is based on Hong Kong time.

[2] How to Participate:

Facebook users should complete the following tasks within the Promotional Period to participate in this Campaign (“you”, “your” and “Participants”):

(1) “Like” WeLab Bank’s official Facebook Fan Page (https://www.facebook.com/WeLabBank)(@WeLab Bank)(“ Facebook Fan Page”)

(2) “Like” the game post (to be posted on 19 July 2022) on Facebook Fan Page (“Game Post”), which contains the following question (which is in Chinese only):

留言估吓Dear Jane同Rabeea準備緊啲乜 ?；

(A)為WeLab Bank最新推出嘅智動理財顧問GoWealth拍攝廣告

(B) 為WeLab Bank最新推出嘅智動理財顧問GoWealth準備Live Seminar

(3) Using your Facebook account to share the Game Post and set it as public.

(4) Selecting the correct option from the question in the Game Post and answering the question in the Game Post by using your Facebook account to leave a comment on the Game Post; and

(5) Sharing a goal of you in the same comment.

[3] Mechanism of this Campaign and Prize:

WeLab Bank will select 50 Participants with the most impressive comments as winners. Each of them will be rewarded a “HK$100 Deliveroo e-Coupon” (“Campaign Prize”).

[4] Winner Announcement and Prize Redemption:

(1)Winners will be announced on 29 July 2022 (“Result Announcement Date”) in the “Comment” section of the same Game Post. You agree and acknowledge that if you are selected as a Winner, your Facebook username will be shown publicly in the Facebook Fan Page. Winners are responsible to check the announcement of winners on the Result Announcement Date.

(2)Winners shall contact WeLab Bank via Facebook direct message on or before 7 August 2022 and reply “GoWealth「智動」導航，我最有心思！” through Facebook direct message. Upon receiving a winner’s Facebook direct message, WeLab Bank will send a redemption notice with a code to redeem the Campaign Prize (“Redemption Notice”) to the winner through Facebook direct message.

[5] If you participate in this Campaign, it means that you have confirmed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.

[6] Each Participant with his/her Facebook account will only be entitled to 1 Campaign Prize in this Campaign.

[7] If the Participant fails to (i) meet any of the conditions in Clauses 2 and 4 above; (ii) comply with these Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, or (iii) maintain a valid and active Facebook account through which WeLab Bank could contact them, WeLab Bank reserves the right to : (i) disqualify the Winner, and/or (ii) withhold the campaign Prize from the Winner without prior notice.

[8] Winners are required to redeem the Campaign Prize themselves in the Deliveroo App with the redemption code within the period of time designated on the Redemption Notice. Each redemption code can only be used once.

[9] If a winner loses the Redemption Notice, we will not reissue it to him/her. Winners must notify us on or before 7 August 2022 if they have not received a Redemption Notice. We shall not be responsible for or make any compensation of a winner's failure to receive the Redemption Notice.

[10] The winners will be personally responsible for any and all additional costs incurred due to the acceptance and use of the Campaign Prizes.

[11] The Campaign Prize is non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash. Once the Campaign Prizes have been accepted, WeLab Bank shall have no responsibility for any replacement if the prize is damaged, lost or stolen. WeLab Bank reserves the right to replace the Campaign Prize with other substitute without notice. WeLab Bank shall not be liable for or make any compensation or refund in relation to any failure of redeeming the Campaign Prize.

[12] WeLab Bank is not the supplier of the Campaign Prizes provided under or in connection with this Campaign. WeLab Bank shall have no liability or responsibility relating to any aspect of or disputes arising from the use of the Campaign Prizes (including but not limited to the warranty, if applicable) provided by the suppliers. The Campaign Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. WeLab Bank shall have no liability or responsibility relating to the Campaign Prizes or its related service. Winners shall contact the suppliers directly for any disputes or matters relating to the Campaign Prizes. The suppliers shall be solely responsible for all liabilities and responsibilities relating to the Campaign Prizes or its related service.

[13] WeLab Bank reserves the right to publish the winner's Facebook account name on Facebook or in other marketing or promotional materials.

[14] This Campaign will collect the data of the Participants including Facebook account name, and such data will only be used for matters related to this Campaign. Such data may be used by WeLab Bank: (i) to hold the Campaign and to contact the winners; (ii) to verify the winners' eligibility for in the Campaign; (iii) to announce the winning results on Facebook or in other marketing or promotional materials; and (iv) to administer and manage this Campaign. The data will not be used to update WeLab Bank’s records.

[15] For any collection and use of your personal data through this Campaign, please refer to WeLab Bank’s Personal Information Collection Statement.

[16] Participants are prohibited from submitting any words and photos that contain nudity, violence, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, illegal or any offensive content. Any comments violating this clause will be deleted and Participants will be disqualified from participating.

[17] WeLab Bank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Participants under any circumstances. WeLab Bank reserves the right to exclude the Participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process or jeopardizes the fairness of the Campaign, or engages in any illegal, abusive, deceitful or fraudulent behaviour in relation to the Campaign or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable laws or regulations. WeLab Bank has the right to claim all losses and compensation so caused by the excluded Participant.

[18] If there is any factor beyond the control of WeLab Bank (including but not limited to computer virus infection, computer worm or Trojan horse program intrusion, unauthorized tampering intervention, fraud, technical failure, insufficient services provided by social platforms, or other reasons beyond the control of WeLab Bank), resulting in disruption or negative impact on the security, fairness, integrity of the system or the normal operation of this Campaign, WeLab Bank reserves the right to exclude the Participant, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or otherwise suspend this Campaign without prior notice.

[19] Apart from the relevant Participants and WeLab Bank, no other person will have any right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance .

[20] This Campaign is organized by WeLab Bank. Employees of WeLab Group are ineligible to participate in the Campaign. WeLab Bank reserves the sole and absolute right to interpret and determine the definition of “Employees of WeLab Group”.

[21] This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by suppliers of the Campaign Prizes or Facebook.

[22] WeLab Bank reserves the right to determine the winners and the eligibility of Participants at its sole discretion.

[23] WeLab Bank reserves the right to vary, modify and terminate this Campaign (including but not limited to the Promotional Period and the Campaign Prizes) and to amend any of these Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time without any notice. In case of disputes in relation to the Campaign, WeLab Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.

[24] If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version of these Campaign Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
