I’ve lost my Apple Pay device. What should I do?

If you’ve lost your phone, please contact our Customer Services at (852) 3898 6988 as soon as possible so we can suspend your bank account and card for you. Once suspended, your bank account will be unavailable, and your card cannot be used for any device that it’s been connected to, whether that’s your virtual card, physical card, or via Apple Pay.Tip: You can also mark your phone as lost via iCloud. Once locked, Apple Pay will be disabled on it, and your WeLab Debit Card will not be useable until its status has been reverted.
