You can first contact the relevant merchant to find out how long it will take to process the refund. The merchant may take a certain period of time to process your refund application. If the merchant cannot solve the problem or you need to inquire further, please contact our customer service hotline to inquire about relevant transaction record(s) and refund request(s). You may need to provide relevant transaction and refund proof(s) so that we can process the case. If it is confirmed that your refund application at the merchant has been approved, we will refund the relevant funds to your core account within 7 working days.
