Can a person with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs) apply for banking services?

Just like the regular customers of the Bank, when PWIDs apply for banking services, if the PWIDS are able to show that they perceive and understand (by themselves or with the assistance of someone accompanying them), the terms and conditions of the banking services, we shall provide them with the relevant banking services. However, we shall recommend to PWIDs, and provide PWIDs with, the banking services appropriate to them after considering their individual circumstances, such as their ability to communicate and understand and their needs for specific banking services.
