How can I de-link a bank account?
You can call our Customer Service Hotline at 3898 6988 to request de-link a bank account, it will take around 3 business days to process and the linked account will be no longer shown in the WeLab Bank app but please also remember you may need to notify the relevant bank regarding the de-link account.
