  1. Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion runs from 1 September 2021 to 31 September 2021 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).


Account Opening Reward

  1. Customers (“you” or “your”) who have successfully opened a bank account at Welab Bank Limited (“WeLab Bank”, “we”, “our” or “us”) using the referral code “LINK20” within the Promotion Period will be entitled to an account opening reward of HKD 100 (“Account Opening Reward”). To be a new WeLab Bank customer means you have not terminated and/or closed your WeLab Bank account in the twelve (12) months prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period.
  2. An account opening is deemed to be successful only upon receiving a confirmation email from WeLab Bank indicating that the account opening request is approved and the account is set up.
  3. Upon receiving the confirmation email, the Account Opening Reward will be credited into your WeLab Bank Core Account. The Account Opening Reward will be indicated as “Account Opening Reward” in the WeLab Bank app when the reward has been credited.
  4. You may only use one (1) referral code when opening a WeLab Bank account, and you will only be entitled to the Account Opening Reward which corresponds with the referral code used. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other referral programmes which means if you have input any other referral codes when you apply for your WeLab Bank account, then you are not entitled to the Account Opening Reward under this Offer.


Cash Rebate

5. Customers of WeLab Bank who successfully applies for and draws down a loan under GoFlexi Personal Instalment Loan Terms and Conditions (“Loan”) within the Promotion Period will be automatically eligible for this promotion.

6. Upon successful disbursement of your Loan into your Core Account, you will be entitled to a cash rebate of HKD 400 (“Cash Rebate”).

7. The Cash Rebate amount will be credited into your Core Account within 15 working days from the date of disbursement.

8. In the event that you repay the outstanding loan of your GoFlexi Personal Instalment Loan in full prior to the loan’s final repayment date, we shall not credit the Cash Rebate or where the Cash Rebate has been credited, we reserve the right to debit the Cash Rebate directly from your Account (including but not limited to your Core Account) without prior notice and/or take such necessary legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.


General

9. The Cash Rebate and Account Opening Reward (if applicable) cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or converted into other forms, unless otherwise specified by us.

10. You agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to receive any Cash Rebate if you close your Core Account at any time or repay the loan before the Cash Rebate amount is credited into your Core Account.

11. Any breach of applicable laws or regulations, fraud, abuse and/or non-compliance by you (as determined at our sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to participate in the Promotion and/or suspension or termination of all or any of your Account with us. We shall not credit the Cash Rebate or where the Cash Rebate has been credited, we reserve the right to debit the Cash Rebate from your Account (including but not limited to your Core Account) without notice and/or take such necessary legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.

12. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.

13. These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with our Account Terms and the GoFlexi Personal Instalment Loan Terms and Conditions. In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and the Account Terms and the GoFlexi Personal Instalment Loan Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

14. Terms defined in our Account Terms and/or the GoFlexi Personal Instalment Loan Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings when used herein, unless otherwise defined.

15. In the event of discrepancies and or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
