When will the first round of the “Win $10,000 Prize Every Week” Campaign take place?
The Promotion Period of the first round is from 17 November 2025 to 23 November 2025 at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) (both dates inclusive).
Who can participate in the “Win $10,000 Prize Every Week” Campaign?
Anyone who:-
(i) maintains a valid WeLab Bank Core Account as of the day immediately before the Lucky Draw Date;
(ii) has placed at least one GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit or more which meet the specified requirements during the Campaign Period; and
(iii) is not currently employee of WeLab Bank or its affiliates.
The Bank reserves the right to verify and/or review the eligibility of participants under any circumstances. If any Participant is found to have violated the Campaign Terms and Conditions, tampered with the process of the Campaign, jeopardized the fairness of the Campaign, engaged in any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest behavior, made false statements, or violated applicable laws or regulations, The Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Participant in question without prior notice and seek compensation for any associated damages or losses.

The participation method for the first round of the “Win $10,000 Prize Every Week” Lucky Draw is as follows:
During the Campaign Period, Eligible Participants who satisfy the following designated GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit requirements will receive the corresponding lucky draw chances:
- One (1) Lucky Draw chance for placing every single GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit with a tenor of 3 months or more and a minimum amount of HKD100,000 (or the designated amounts in foreign currencies ^)
- Three (3) Lucky Draw chance for placing every single GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit with a tenor of 3 months or more and a minimum amount of HKD200,000 (or the designated amounts in foreign currencies ^); or
- Five (5) Lucky Draw chance for placing every single GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit with a tenor of 3 months or more and a minimum amount of HKD300,000 (or the designated amounts in foreign currencies ^).

How can I determine the number of lucky draw chances that I have obtained?
For example, during the Campaign Period of the first round of “Win $10,000 Prize Every Week” Campaign, if you have placed two designated GoSave 2.0 time deposit.
First GoSave 2.0 time deposit: HKD 150,000 with a 3-month tenor
Second GoSave 2.0 time deposit: HKD 350,000 with a 6-month tenor
- You will obtain one Lucky Draw chance for placing the first GoSave 2.0 time deposit;
- You will obtain five Lucky Draw chances for placing the second GoSave 2.0 time deposit.
Therefore, you have obtained a total of six lucky draw chances.
If I uplift the designated GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit early before its maturity, will I still obtain the corresponding lucky draw chance(s)? Will there be any handling fees?
If you withdraw your eligible GoSave 2.0 time deposit before the Lucky Draw Date on which the lucky draw is conducted, you will lose the corresponding lucky draw chance(s). A handling fee of 5% of the time deposit amount will be charged for early withdrawal.
When does the lucky draw take place?
The 1st round of “Win $10,000 Prize Every Week” Lucky Draw will take place on 24 November 2025 (Monday).
How will I know if I’ve won the lucky draw?
The winner of the “Win $10,000 Prize Every Week” Lucky Draw will be notified of lucky draw result by email and phone call (the “Winner Notification”) within two business days from the Lucky Draw Date, using the latest email address and telephone number registered with WeLab Bank. The Winner Notification will include the method of redeeming the prize. The name of the winner will be published on our official website and/or on our WeChat Official Account named “汇立银行 WeLab Bank”.
