WeLab Bank would like to alert our customers to the phishing email purported to be sent by us. Below is the screen capture of the phishing email:

Customers are advised not to reply or open any links or attachments from suspicious emails. Please be vigilant to protect your personal information, including username and password for our banking service.

If customers are concerned that they may have disclosed their personal information or have found any suspicious transactions, they should immediately report this to the Police and contact our customer service centre through email: wecare@welab.bank.
