Customers who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate:

(i) holds a valid Core Account with us on or before 27 March 2025;

The designated time deposit is a 12-month USD GoSave 2.0 time deposit that meet the following features:

If you withdraw your time deposit early, you will lose your eligibility to receive the Ticket Rewards. The Bank will charge an early withdrawal handling fee of 2.4% of the principal amount, in addition to not providing any Time Deposit interest and Ticket Rewards.

The Bank will notify Eligible Customer of the arrangements for Ticket Rewards redemption by email address recorded by the Bank on or before May 13, 2025.

There is an administration fee of HK$120 per ticket, plus ticket postage fees (HK$50 for Hong Kong / HK$200 for Mainland China). Eligible Customer may also be required to collect the tickets in person at a designated address in Hong Kong. Ticket Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other offers, and will not be reissued in case of lost or damage.

If the concert is cancelled or postponed, WeLab Bank will not be held responsible and will not provide any compensation. WeLab Bank shall not be liable for any refusal of admission due to the Client's failure to meet the admission requirements.
