The promotion period of WeLab Bank “Time Deposit Flash Carnival” is from June 3, 2025, to June 15, 2025 (inclusive).

Who is eligible to participate in the promotion?

You are eligible to be an "Eligible Customer” if you have a Core Account at WeLab Bank.

What type of time deposit do I need to open? What rewards are offered?

During the promotion period, you need to open a Designated 18-month HKD GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit with Principal amount of HKD 120,000 to enjoy 2 Jay Chou concert tickets (ticket price HKD 1,680).

How many time deposits can each new customer open?

Each Eligible New Customer can only open one time deposit.

When will the rewards be distributed?

The bank will notify you of the ticket collection arrangements on or before June 18, 2025. The notification will be sent to your registered email address.

What happens if I withdraw the Designated Time Deposit before its maturity date?

If you withdraw the Designated Time Deposit before its maturity date, you will forfeit your eligibility for the ticket reward. You will also be subject to an early withdrawal handling fee of 7.5% of the principal amount.

Is there an additional fee to redeem the ticket rewards?

Is there a limited number of rewards available?

No. The tickets reward from previous Jay Chou concert promotion activities are arranged for collection by a third-party service provider, while the tickets collection arrangement for this "Time Deposit Flash Carnival" will be arranged by our bank.
