What is my daily limit for remittance?
Your daily limit for global remittance is included within your daily total transfer limit.The maximum daily total transfer limit is HKD1,000,000 or equivalent*. This limit covers intra-bank transfers, FPS transfers, local bank transfers, cross-border remittances, or direct debit transactions.The maximum daily global remittance limit is HKD 1,000,000 or its equivalent*. This limit includes global remittance transactions. The “daily global remittance limit” cannot be higher than your “daily total transfer limit”.When you submit a global remittance transaction, we will deduct the corresponding amount from these two limits.You can modify your transaction limit in the WeLab Bank App by going to 'My Account' > 'Settings' > 'Daily Transfer Limit’Remarks:If you choose to transfer Chinese Yuan (CNY) to same-name bank accounts on the Mainland, the daily transfer limit is CNY 80,000. Non-Hong Kong residents may require the approval from the Mainland China Authorities. Charges may be involved should the outward remittance be rejected.*Actual daily transfer limit may vary depending on individual customer circumstances.
