Can I use Clearing House Automated Transfer System (CHATS) transferring funds to my Core Account in WeLab Bank?
You can! But you may need to check the transferring method used by the remitting banks because we can only accept Hong Kong dollar via the Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) method. We currently do not accept batch run basis and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment. Also, please note that funds will only be credited to your Core Account on the same day if we receive the remittance instruction from the remitting bank before 4 pm on a business day (i.e. Mondays to Fridays; exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
